How do I make a reservation?

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes! You can cancel up to 24 hours before your entry date at no cost. Less than 24 hours, we charge a 50% fee of the total amount.

Do I need to confirm my reservation?

It's not mandatory, but we recommend calling us 10-15 minutes before you arrive at the airport so we can confirm the Red-Pilot is waiting for you.

Can I change my reservation dates?

How does car drop-off work?

Call us when you arrive at the airport. Our Red-Pilot will meet you at the departures area, you'll get a receipt, and head to check-in. Simple!

And on return, how do I get my car back?
